Shipping Policy

At Interstate Supplies and Services, we strive to get your orders to you as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

 

Order Processing and Shipping Times

While we maintain a large inventory, some parts may need to be sourced from our distributors. This may extend your shipping time by 2-3 business days. Should there be a delay longer than a couple of days, we will contact you.

Please note that the delivery time provided by carriers at checkout reflects transit time only and does not include our order processing time. The stated shipping timeframe will be honored once your item has actually shipped.

We endeavor to ship all orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, on the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM will be shipped on the following business day.

 

Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. You will have the option to select your preferred shipping service during checkout. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.

 

Expedited Shipping

For urgent orders, you are welcome to contact us by phone to arrange and pay for expedited shipping.

 

Reseller Policy

Please note that due to policies from our vendors, we cannot sell to companies that are considered resellers. We are unable to process orders that are invoiced to reseller businesses.
